Jim Drnec, who is “Of Counsel” with the Firm, has significant litigation experience representing a broad spectrum of healthcare providers in legal matters ranging from premises liability to professional liability, disciplinary matters and credentialing. He has served as trial counsel in such matters before the Delaware Superior Court in New Castle, Kent, and Sussex Counties and has successfully handled appellate issues addressed to the Delaware Supreme Court, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Drnec provides representation for hospitals, as well as nurses, staff members, and doctors.
