Congratulation to Paul Walkinshaw and Mary Grace Godfrey for their defense verdict in Fairfax County Circuit Court on June 11, 2026. Plaintiff alleged our client (a cardiac electrophysiologist) perforated the coronary sinus vein during an atrial ablation procedure, which resulted in a rescue open heart surgery and a difficult physical recovery. After a four-day trial, the jury deliberated for approximately two and half hours before returning a defense verdict.
