Congratulations to Greg McKee,Lauren McConnell,and their team on a defense verdict in the Superior Court of Delaware. The defense verdict was rendered on behalf of a neurosurgeon and his practice where the plaintiff alleged failure to timely intervene on a subdural empyema, which led to the demise of the patient. Economic damages sought ranged from four to ten million in the wrongful death and survival claim of his spouse. Job well done team!
